The location was perfect and also when we arrived we were so warmly welcomed. We had a hire car and paid public secure parking was literally 50m down the road. Building was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. It was our honeymoon so when we arrived there was a lovely welcome sign and wine - what a perfect extra touch

We really liked this hotel, we stay in Lisbon a lot and we try and stay in a different hotel each time in a different area, in terms of value for money this was excellent, very welcoming hosts, lovely little touches like free cakes and refreshments and a nice continental breakfast. You need to make sure you are fit for the steps up but as long as you have light luggage it´s fine. It was nice to stay somewhere offering a more personal service, it felt like nothing would be too much trouble, also offered luggage storage which was a huge bonus. Perfect for a short stay in Lisbon in a fantastic area and although we like to try new places we would return here.

Nothing really, the mobile air con was quite noisy but it is required as it does get warm (as you would expect), it´s a good thing to have in the room.

Super locatie, goed gelegen. De fijne attentie ieder keer als we terug kwamen op kamer was zeer leuk. Ontbijt was super lekker ook en de ontvangst van Emmanuele was top, we zijn team lisboa

Niets

The hotel had character and we felt we were experiencing the real Portugal in the old city. We had a very friendly welcome and they made us a packed lunch as we could not stay for breakfast the next day as we had to leave very early. Great location!

We were okay with this but our room was at the very top and there were a lot of stairs and we were carrying our suitcases up which luckily were small cases but this may be a problem for people with mobility issues.
