Proximity to the centre.

Floors are dirty, hair dryer is loud like a plane engine with sparks, shower is freezing cold. Duvet and bed throw are dirty.

Definitely a quiet room, because it's located within the center of a building, and not the exterior (lots of loud bars in the area). It had a small fridge and microwave. These things were helpful.

There was no arrival information, and what info I DID have gave 2 completely different street addresses, 2 streets apart. I spent a good hour or so walking between the 2 addresses, and eventually had to find a police officer who used his phone to reach the manager. Nothing was labelled on the door to let you know for sure that you were at the right building. Nothing was on the inner door, either. Within the room, there was no info/rules/trash info. Nothing. I wasn't expecting it to be so anonymous. Eventually they did email me door code/wifi info, but if the policeman hadn't called them himself I would have been stranded for awhile. (My own phone wouldn't work in another country) The room technically has everything you need (small kitchen, small bathroom, bed, small table), but it isn't in great condition, and it's a tight space. Both faucets wobble within the sink. (They worked, but it's disconcerting to have them so wobbly as you're trying to turn them on/off.) The bathroom door frame (wood) has been incorporated into the shower stall, and as such there's rotting wood at the base. There was a good amount of mold in the apartment: caulking in the shower and by the kitchen sink. There was no extra bedding, and having 1 more blanket and 1 more pillowcase would have been helpful. 2 bath towels were provided, and I used one for letting the washed dishes dry. There were no hand towels or washcloths. A dish drainer and tray would be helpful. When I returned to the room each night, the first smell you pick up on is mildew. Friends of mine traveled with me, but rented a different place. They had a better experience, and a property manager greeted them upon arrival. I felt like I'd been thrown to the 4 winds, with no clear instructions. Even a photo of the exterior and 2nd floor entry door would be helpful. I still can't understand why 2 different street addresses were listed in my info.

Buona posizione

L’emplacement est optimal pour visiter et la taille de l’appartement est suffisant pour 2 personnes. Il y a également une grande télé avec Netflix, YouTube etc.

Il manque d’optimisation. Il n’y a pas de porte manteau pour faire sécher les serviettes, ni de condiments (sel, poivre, huile) pour cuisiner.

El apartamento no tuvo agua durante toda la estancia, por lo que fue imposible hacer ninguna funcion basica de higiene como ducharse, lavarse los dientes, lavarse la cara, ni beber, ni cocinar, ni siquiera usar el vater porque no habia agua. Los propietarios tienen un comportamiento vergonzoso e irresponsable, no contestan los correos, ni mensajes ni las llamadas, y para colmo, cuando les pides una compensación tras toda la estancia sin soluncionarlo ni ofrecerte ninguna solución, te bloquean. Imposible ponerse en contacto con ellos para solucionar la situación. Una vergüenza de servicio, de lugar y de propietarios. Sin duda, busquen otro sitio, si no quieren que les arruinen sus vacaciones y la bonita ciudad de Lisboa

El silencio y la tranquilidad

The location was great, can't beat it especially if you like to party and want to be around bars.

Like others have mentioned, the bathroom smells and the hot water pressure is pretty much non-existent.
