La habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, no había nadie en la recepción casi nunca. los baños estaban sucios, las duchas poco higiénicas, en general está bastante mal aunque sea solo para dormir.

Rooms change a lot. On my first day, I was offered a home close to the reception, where it was impossible to sleep because of the bright light coming from the corridor to the room and the noise in the corridor during the whole night. My room also did not have any windows. I think it is inhumane to rent such rooms to people. Then I went to work without any sleep the other day. After that, I explained my situation to the staff and asked for a refund. They did not refund my remaining stays, as my booking is nonrefundable. Instead, they offered me another room located on the other side of the apartment, which was way better than the other one regarding noise and brightness of the room. But the furniture was old, and the room was smelly. In general, rooms are very different from each other. Although I appreciate their offer for an alternative room, I still think that they could accept my request for a refund to compensate for such extremely poor conditions. I would not stay there again.
