Sicuramente la posizione. Ottima, davvero centrale, due passi dal mare nel vero senso della parola.

I cuscini, a parer mio troppo sottili, andrebbe migliorato questo aspetto, in quanto chiaramente chi fa un week end fuori porta, sa bene che non sarà mai dormire come a casa propria, ma quanto meno desidera dormire in maniera confortevole.
