"Très bon choix pour un séjour à matera,"

La proximité du centre historique avec la possibilité d un stationnement dans la rue gratuite. Le petit dej et le personnel au top, la propreté et le confort de la literie.

Bruit du couloir des 7h30. La tv qu en italien.

"Exceptional"

El desayuno, estupendo. La amabilidad de todo el personal. La localización, cerca del centro histórico pero sin el agobio de gente que hay en esa zona. Nos dejaron el equipaje hasta la hora de salir de viaje, un detalle muy de agradecer.

Al regresar de noche no había luz automática en la zona de recepción.

"Très belle étape dans notre circuit vers les Pouilles."

Superbe établissement. Le lieu parfait juste à la limite pour se garer en dehors des ZTL. L’hôte nous a proposé son emplacement juste devant le logement . Petit déjeuner sucré et salé parfait servi par l’hôte dans une très belle pièce lumineuse. Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

"Lovely host and outstanding breakfast, though hot water needs improvement"

The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Sassi (Matera’s old town). It is nice and comfortable, and Bruna, who welcomed us, was very kind—she even greeted us with an espresso! She prepared a perfect and delicious breakfast with homemade cakes. Overall, the breakfast was outstanding.

We couldn’t shower on the first night as the water was completely cold. After we reported the issue, a woman and a man came promptly to check, and the man adjusted the boiler. Hot water was restored around midnight. On the second day, the water temperature improved but was still not hot enough for a proper hotel-standard shower, especially considering the prices charged. It seems the boiler temperature may be intentionally kept low, which made the experience less comfortable. That said, we do appreciate their quick response and efforts to address the issue.
