Principalmente de ter sido comunicado que o ar-condicionado estava com defeito apenas no exato momento da nossa entrada no quarto, sem maiores desculpas e com certo desdém, se virou e saiu do quarto. Cama ruim. Não recomendo.

La Ubicación es excelente, a 100 mt del ingreso al pueblo de Matera histórico. Lo que te permite caminar tranquila con el equipaje. Además se puede estacionar sobre las líneas blancas que es free. Impecable!! La cama super cómoda! El desayuno bueno y preparado en el acto!. Muy recomendabl!

Très bel établissement, literie confortable et très bon petit déjeuner. La dame qui s’est occupé du petit déjeuner était incroyablement gentille et souriante. Très bien placé pour visiter.

"Hermoso hotel en Matera"

La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos minutos caminando del Sasso. El hotel estaba impecable: súper limpio, con camas muy cómodas y una habitación ideal para 3 personas. El desayuno fue realmente maravilloso, súper completo y con muchísimas opciones. Tanto Nicola como la señora que atendía el desayuno fueron extremadamente amables y atentos durante toda nuestra estadía. Además, nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones para recorrer la ciudad. Cuando llegamos, había un corte de luz general en la zona. Al regresar por la noche, Nicola nos estaba esperando con velas para que estuviéramos cómodos, un gesto que realmente apreciamos muchísimo. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos en este hotel y lo recomendamos totalmente.

"Une adresse parfaite, je recommande !"

Nous avons tout aimé : l’emplacement près du centre historique, la possibilité du parking gratuit tout près , l’accueil, la propreté, le confort , les petits détails comme la bouilloire dans la chambre , les prises pour recharger nos portables , les lumières de chaque côté du lit bien pensées .et j’allais l’oublier le petit déjeuner !

"I would like to go back there again."

A great place for exploring the city. Close to everything, you could even park your car nearby. Very friendly staff, with helpful tips on what to see and how to do in this unique city. Very good breakfast. I highly recommend it.
