Локация, в централната нова част на града, на пешеходно разстояние от Sasi Matera. Чисто, удобни легла.

Беше много студено в апартамента, парното не работеше, дневните температури бяха 2 градуса. Имаше проблем и с топлата вода, която се променяше често със студена.

Tutto ok

Abbiamo avuto un po' di caldo, l'aria condizionata doveva essere a una temperatura di 22 gradi detto x il proprietario xq rumore e l'altro non funzionava abbiamo dovuto dormire con nostro figlio di 9 anni in un letto

"Non avevo mai visitato Matera. Mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso."

Camere spaziose e pulite. Apprezzatissima la presenza di macchina espresso e bollitore in camera. Doccia enorme e comodissima.

La colazione. I cornetti imbustati non sono proprio il top. Perché non sfruttare il bar adiacente l'ingresso della struttura ?

Die Lage war hervorragend, besser geht es nicht.

Zimmer sehr in die Jahre gekommen, ziemlich abgewohnt. Ausstattung war das nötigste vorhanden. Sauberkeit noch zu akzeptieren aber geht besser. „Frühstück“ lag bereits am Vortag im Zimmer ( Fertigcroissant mit Marmelade). Allgemein leider sehr enttäuschend für das Geld.
