First, i loved the location. I loved how smooth the self check in was. The room was so clean and so quiet. I had a good rest. It was the best room i booked and all of my 3 week trip this time around. Host was so nice and helpful. Highly recommended

The location was great. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The host was nice.

I arrived at the bus station Don Luigi Sturzo, which is a long uphill walk to the Matero Centro and even further to the Airbnb. There was no taxi or inner city bus available. I was totally caught "off guard.". A nice man and his daughter gave me a ride to Matera Center and I walked to the Airbnb which is close to the Train Station. The privately owned train goes to Bari.

Excellent location. Room 4 - the best! It has a balcony with a beautiful view! Next to the Sassi and train station. Be sure to have internet service to keep in contact with the owner to get into the apartment.

You can't use the train from there to visit interesting places.
