It’s like 2 min walk to the Matera central area. We can walk to the Belvedere Guerricchio in the morning to see the view with no crowd. Very quiet to sleep at night. Close to good cafe for breakfast. The receptionist is also helpful. They allow us to check in early. The paid parking is very near. Overall, we enjoy our stay.
