There is of the best scenery and view from window what I ever seen. And this is the main advantage of this guest house. The host is pleasant and open for talks in Russian and basically in English. There are many hiking spots of varying difficulty near the hotel, or you can simply spend the whole day on the territory, looking at the mountains and feeding the horse.

For some reason, the booking indicated one person in the accommodation, although the final price on the website was for three, but when we arrived, the owner said that one person was indicated there, so we would have to pay extra. We found arguments that the price was already indicated as for three, but he was not convinced and we had to pay another 50 GEL. Breakfast is included, but the breakfast itself is enough to satisfy hunger but not to eat. For two, one plate of buckwheat, two sausages and bread with butter and jam. Dinner costs 25 GEL and I would recommend eating somewhere else, because it is not worth it. The Internet is slow and unstable, definitely not suitable for work

Super nice owners who make arrangements for everything their guests need. We were allowed to use the washing machine and store food and drinks in the fridge for free. They prepared breakfast earlier than usual because we went for a long hike and wanted to leave early. The owner also picked us up in nearby Mestia after the hike without charging anything for it. Very friendly personnel and also good food.

Гостеприимный хозяин, вкусная еда, прекрасные виды с обеих сторон его дома, прогулки на лошадях. Все было замечательно, вернемся обязательно только туда, к Мурману и Бачо!!!👍

Walls weren't very soundproof-everything can be heard from upstairs and side. For 3 boys in their 20s, the breakfast wasn't quite big enough.

Настоящее грузинское гостеприимство в сердце Сванетии! Прежде всего — виды. Просыпаться с панорамой на Ушбу — это как жить в открытке. На закате и на рассвете — просто магия. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяев. Настолько тёплого, искреннего приёма давно не встречал. Всё, что нужно — подскажут, помогут, организуют. Такое ощущение, что приехал не в гостиницу, а в гости к друзьям. Номер был чистым, уютным, тёплым, с удобной кроватью. Всё просто, но продумано. Тишина, горный воздух, свежесть — настоящий отдых и перезагрузка. Если вы ищете место с душой, вдали от суеты, с потрясающей природой и настоящим отношением — однозначно рекомендую. Я бы с удовольствием вернулся сюда снова.
