La posizione tranquilla. Biancheria pulita

L odore di chiuso o muffa che c era in tutta la casa. Muri rovinati, troppe prese ciabatta per casa, Pulizia non proprio fatta bene. Cucina sprovvista dei beni primari. Non c era sale zucchero olio

Un incubo ad occhi aperti Fatiscente sporca fredda insetti morti escrementi di animale assistenza clienti inesistente condizionatore rotto asciuga capelli rotto dopo aver chiamato decine di volte sia loro che Booking ed aver invocato l’immediato intervento dei NAS dato le condizioni igienico sanitari inefficienti per l’accoglienza in una struttura ricettiva sono riuscito ad ottenere solo un rimborso parziale

Poco e nulla di speciale.

Il servizio, le parti comuni sono scialbe. Si entra nella struttura su una parte comune poco agevole per via delle aperture. Lo spazio comune misura pochi metri quadrati, circa 5/7 mq. All’arrivo per messaggi ti comunicano che devi lasciare i soldi della tassa di soggiorno in contanti. Avrebbero potuto benissimo prelevare i soldi in altri modi certamente più moderni, del resto il cliente deve fare il check-in su piattaforma (procedura laboriosa rispetto ad altre). Se non avessi chiesto io la ricevuta della tassa di soggiorno non credo che l’avrei ricevuta…. Struttura lontana da Modena centro

Molto simpatici i proprietari dell'immobile affianco, Ottime le zanzariere alle finestre permettevano di arieggiare senza avere insetti e zanzare a casa Molto comoda la doccia

Essendo una mansarda ragnatele sulle travi e lucernari,polvere lamapadari La mancanza di mobili per contenere le cose. Essendo in 4 l'armadio che c'è in una cameretta non è sufficiente
