Very new and modern nicely decorated apartment. Spotlessly clean. Nice swimming pool and teras. Close to beautiful Modica, but a little bit far from the beach. If you have a car absolutely not an issue

The last part of the road is a bit bumpy but for the rest exceptional experience.

La quiete del posto, la pulizia, la cordialità del personale. Pur non avendo l'angolo cucina, ci ha fornito stoviglie, condimenti, the e cialde per il caffè.

Nulla, era tutto perfetto.

On a tout aimé dans ce logement confortable. Les espaces extérieurs, la vue et la piscine sont magnifiques. On est au calme à la campagne et entre 10 et 30 min de voiture des lieux à voir aux alentours. C'est très bien placé. Dans le logement on avait beaucoup d'espace, une petite terrasse devant notre logement avec table pour déjeuner, un petit espace avec fauteuils et un BBQ privé La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée et nous avons beaucoup cuisiné. Nous étions vraiment tristes de partir tellement nous nous y sentions bien. Le propriétaire est adorable et vous donne au debut du séjour beaucoup d'adresses utiles aux alentours.

Beautiful pool and plenty of sunbeds. Kind hospitality. Quiet neighborhood. The studio split level room is recently renovated so it didn’t look like old photos shown upon booking. The washing machine is shared among the guests, each room has its own drying rack. Clean room but in the summer there’re few ants. Modica was our base to explore near by towns. There’re also 4-5 supermarkets close by within 5 mins drive. Recommended to stay here !
