The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room are big with a small seating area. Hot water, restaurant below and terrace. Very enjoyable stay.

Good sized room, great shower and aircon. Filtered water provided in hallway to refill bottles. Good towels and spotlessly clean. 5 min shady walk to beach. Couldn’t ask for any more really!

Didn’t eat at onsite restaurant as seemed expensive. Ate across the street at Naga’s which has best food and prices around……try the sizzler meals, you won’t be disappointed!

I didn't enjoy staying at this hotel.

Problem number 1. There was no hot water in the rooms, I was on the 2nd floor and my friend on the 1st floor. They promised to fix it but for three days they never did. They gave us a buckets and a boiling pots (!!!) - it's a lie that they are fixing something, their water is constantly out and they give people boiling pots. When I asked for money back to move, they refused. When I asked for a 15 percent discount for such a major inconvenience, also refused. Problem number 2: the room looks ok, but it smells musty. The rooms are dark and dingy, next to the road. Problem 3: If there is noise, it is impossible to sleep. Hearing is terrible. Sometimes even the staff itself talks loudly. This is my most disgusting hotel in Asia in my expirience. And the first bad review to a hotel in India in 2 years of traveling here. Yes, there are often problems, but this is the first time I have seen such irresponsibility and insolence.

The place was simple, clean, had most of the amenities....a great Spanish restaurant, wifi, laundry & a very very helpful staff. Melvita, the operations manager was excellent & really went out of her way with bookings, logistics & delivery to help us out. She took good care of us. But it's great value for money for a basic stay close to the beach and prime time Morjim.

The facility could have a few more amenities & activities, very sporadic hot water.
