Of all the accommodations we booked all over Sicily, it was the only time we were greeted by the host, I must say it brings a little extra to the experience. We were given a lot of information about things to do in Modica and transportation to take. The room and private bathroom were very clean, the view from the apartment is really lovely.

Everything was perfect!

Federica met me at the apartment, which was clean and tidy, and told me about the local attractions and nearby restaurants. Federica was very responsive and available for any question or request with perfect English. The room and the apartment are designed meticulously and equipped with everything you can think of. The view from the 2 balconies is breathtaking. Great stay, very recommended.

I loved everything about this apartment. It was very stylish, clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular. Federica was so kind and welcoming. I could not recommend this more.

We liked everything about our stay. Federica the host is available for any recommendations or questions. She is a really welcoming person and the room is perfect, nice view outside (we saw the sunrise from the balcony), the apartment is super new and super clean. Good location ，where is just at entrance of upper town，and there is supermarket and free parking spot away from 5 more minutes walking distances。the property is apartment just stands beside by the rain road leads to the lower town，20mins you can reach the heart of the town ，the room on the six floors was really nice as picture as showed with wide balcony also a wine bar，nice view and shiny，spacious，clean，and comfortable，dinner room and kitchen are shared，but there is only two rooms in the apartment ，we were really lucky to occupied the whole of it for our own without sharing since we were only guests on the same day。with tablewares and plates you can make a meal for you own，basic olive and salt even prepared 。the owner was super nice ，came to the lift door to meeting us and offered so many information about scenic spot churches and shops，viewpoints in town by WhatsApp。here was our itinerary in Italy nearly end of two months ，but it was the most also first place that made us had feeling like home we have been stayed till now，we had a wonderful time here in Modica，thanks a lot，I’ really given 20 marks on it，if it is possible ，it exactly worth it ，highly recommend ！

The owner is so kind, attentive, caring and responsive. She even provided us with tips for visiting Modica. The apartment has a very beautiful modern design and is spacious. It is clean and new, with a nice view of the city. It is located very close to the main tourist attractions of Modica. We would love to stay for longer and definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved the apartment! It is very spacious with a balcony that looks out over the town. In the morning you’ve got the morning sun :) we simply loved the place. Federica was extremely welcoming. We had the best stay and if we go back to Modica we are sure to stay here!
