Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Children aged 14 years or older can be accommodated at the property. A surcharge of GBP 10 per hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Arrivals after 21:30 cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that different policies may apply for group bookings. With advance notice, The Meville can cater for vegetarian and gluten-free diets by providing vegetarian sausages and gluten-free bread and/or sausages. Please note that we can only cater for vegan or dairy-free diets within the limits of our menu and by providing dairy-free milk (for stays of 2 nights or more). We cannot provide other dairy-free products but we can store guests' items with advance agreement. Kindly note the accommodation is located on the first and second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note the property does not accept third party bookings.
