Old Town Rooms and Apartment

Reasonable price, great location. You are basically 5 min on foot from everything. The room was OK, the bathroom was nice. You are given a parking card, so you can park for free in a city parking lot, albeit the parking lot is about 5-10 min away (on foot). But still not a big issue, you can park at the residence to load and unload the luggage and move the car after.

One small issue was that the bed covers were not very clean and there is zero soundproofing, lot's of impact noise from upstairs.

Nice bathroom and big room to stay. Perfect location for all ocasions.

Beds could better A bit unclean

This is absolutely right in the centre of the Old Town. Parking is difficult BUT the host provided a free ticket for a near by (300m) car park - saving 20 euros per day, much appreciated! We miss read the information and thought the Double Room we selected had cooking facilities, which it didn't, BUT it did have a fridge and the host provided a kettle. Select the Apartment if you need cooking facilities. It is right in the centre so lots of street life, dozens of restaurants near by till late.

A kettle and tea / coffee making facilities would be helpful and ideally a microwave.

Very convenient lounging. near the center, shops. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. the room is very comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable rest. Very nice and friendly host!

I think, this is the best choice for a shorter stay in Porec. The old town is right at the door. We stayed there 2 times, and if we will go again, we already have a choice to stay. The owner and her family is friendly, and the room is well equipped.
