"Safa Baiti Guest House Syariah"

Quiet location, around 10 minutes by scooter from Malang train station. Clean and comfy bed/room, no AC but there was a fan. Shared toilets and showers were clean with hot water. Complimentary tea/coffee, refills, biscuits. Tasty veggie nasi kuning included for breakfast! Very nice chilling common area and balcony. The team running it are really friendly and helpful :)

When I arrived, it turned out they were closed even though they were listed on booking.com. They said they would give a refund, but I never received it and was ignored when I tried to chase it up

- Cleanliness, interior, quiet location, aesthetic & comfortable living room, friendly & helpful staff & owner. - Cheap rate

-Actually, there is no parking space for cars, only for motorbikes, so guests' cars have to park on the side of the road but we got permission to park our car in the carport because there were not many guests when we stayed there. - no garden/outside view from the room window, only the corridor

We stayed 5 days in Safa Guesthouse, a pleasant guest house in a quiet neighborhood not far from the city. We had a warm welcome, a clean and comfortable room (the bed is amazing), you can enjoy a common area. Also the host is very available and ready to help you, i would recommend it 😁
