"Decent stay for work"

Good comms prior to check in with clear instructions. Room was very clean and tidy. Shower was good. Plenty of space for clothes and nice tea making facilities.

The bed sheets could do with an upgrade, felt that they seemed a bit old. Could hear neighbouring room occupant snoring. Bathroom floor was slightly greasy.

"Overnight gem"

Well kitted out for our overnight stay, beautifully clean proximity to motorway was outstanding.

The bed was too hard for us, we are used to memory foam.

Amazing hosts who had thought of everything.and couldnt be more accommodating. Dog friendly, near great country walks yet easy access to motorwayand Derby.

Walls are a bit thin and as a dog friendly.place be great if drive entrance could close for those late night dog wees
