La casa è grande con riscaldamento autonomo regolabile tramite termostato Tipico alloggio sito nel centro storico di Spello ottimo per visitare tutto il borgo Ristoranti e negozi facilmente raggiungibili

L’arredamento e’ vecchio e tutto necessiterebbe di una maggiore manutenzione Data la posizione l’appartamento è buio e le luci interne sono troppo fioche Sarebbe opportuno installare un’altro tipo di illuminazione

Posizione e struttura bellissima. Accoglienza in autonomia ma ricca di informazioni e disponibilità. Letti comodissimi e pulizia perfetta.

Migliorare il Wi-Fi che non è stabile in tutto l'appartamento e aumentare le dotazioni dell'angolo cottura (tovaglia, Scottex,pezza per pulire , il pentolino piccolo per la colazione)

Tres joli appartement dans un village très très touristique. Bien situé et calme. Accueil souriant et efficace. Literie trop courte pour les grande tailles ! Nous n'avons pas trouvé de cafetière, l équipement est minimaliste. A 4 pour juste une nuit c etait bien.

purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire della struttura perchè l' host non rispondeva. Contattato tramite Booking sono stato informato la mattina stessa che la stanza non era più disponibile. Pertanto ho dovuto cambiare i miei piani e tornare a casa. L' host ha tentato lo stesso di addebitarmi il costo ma Booking molto correttamente mi ha rimborsato.
