Terrific location in historic Perugia in the middle of the action. Spacious apartment.

Spello is a very pretty hilltop town. The room was close to the main road and only up a short distance along a steep laneway. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked.

The code for the door was not sent to me. We arrived but no way to get in. Finally rang the number on the door - had to go thru Australia to ring. Keys were tricky to use especially the one to our sliding door to get in the room. Most codes are sent by WhatsApp or email.

Central but with a free parking five minutes walk away. Not too small, quiet, comfortable mattress and pillows (also some extra ones). Coffee machine and kettle.

The communication and check-in procedure was a bit tricky: only a message from booking about the parking place... which was wrong. Self-checkin but I had to call at the arrival just to have the number of the safety box with the keys, and it took five minutes. It would have been enough a message on whatsapp, also to answer with the documents. The shower needed anti-limescale. Maybe a bit pricey for the quality and being just a room without breakfast, but more or less aligned with the average.

Easy check in and fabulous location. The apartment was quiet, spacious and very clean and comfortable. In the heat of the day the AC was great. Windows also have fly screens so sleeping at night with a cool breeze was lovely. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but it was nice to have a table/tv separate from the bedroom. Washing machine was easy to use too. The locals of Spello were kind and friendly.

Shower was easy to access and the water hot. But advisable to use low water pressure so that the drain isn’t overwhelmed.

The apartment is recently renoveted. It is in a very good condition. The location is good in the historiallinen center, not far from the railway station.

The hosts could be more present. Now all the communication was made by messages and phone. More accurate advance information would be appreciated, for example regards the location of the keys.

No breakfast offered (the host is absent) but there was a kettle, tea and coffee and good biscuits. The bed was comfortable, I slept well during the night. Everything was clean and though there is no traditional wood furniture (which used to be the case in Italy), there are touches of the past : a beautiful embroidered sheet and old linens on the end tables. The location is very good, within walking distance of the train station, but close to the main street of Spello. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

The room was cold, and although I followed instructions for the heater, it never did warm up. It would have been better if the room had been warmed up before my arrival, because I needed a nap before going out for the evening. There was a blanket in the closet however, but I couldn't use it because I'm allergic to wool.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Great location and the owner was very nice and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the washing machine worked great.
