Friendly, helpful host. Upon check-in, he gave me the choice of the bottom or top floor. Great location, within easy walking distance of both the beach in one direction and the promenade in the other. Many restaurants are nearby, but the immediate area of this building is nice and quiet. This place is a cheap taxi ride (100 denars) from the bus station, which on foot takes about 20 minutes. The room was very clean, spacious and in excellent condition. The door was very solid and secure. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and the shower had ideal amounts of pressure and temperature control. The TV had lots of channels. There was a fridge and dishes and a kitchen sink (as well as the bathroom sink). There was a metal kettle, which I appreciated (as opposed to a plastic kettle). I enjoyed the view, as well -- from my room on the top floor.

Good location near the beach. The room was nice and comfortable. The host helped us with the tourist registration process.
