"Very charming cozy cottage with spectacular view."

The cottage is very authentic and cute. It has its only patio with a breathtaking view of the lake. It is very close to the center of town. The man who owns or operates it is very nice.

The bed is not very comfortable, it is hard, but I would still rent this place again.

I did the booking on Booking.com, got the confirmation and started driving from Vienna towards Tihany. When I arrived and checked my phone I saw the host has sent me a message saying the place is fully booked. I was not called. I replied that I was already in Tihany. The response I got was ‘ we are sorry, do not come, there is no place to give to you ‘. The price was attractive like a last minute deal. However I don’t know what happened afterwards. Being upset we just had a dinner and drove back home.
