although it is written that check-in is untill 22.00, there is a staff on duty who accepts after this time. No problem we settled at 23.00 in the hotel.

Excellent Internet (speed is super!). Quiet location.

It was smoked in the corridor on the floor. We had to open the windows ourselves to ventilate. (there was no smell of cigarette smoke inside the room)
