"Great apartment with some super add-ins, very nice hostess, great breakfast."

Great apartment, impressive bathroom. Nice furniture and an eye for the details (very romantic). We did not have time for sauna, we did enjoy massage tub in the garden, which is equisite. The hostess was great, so was the breakfast. Fresh fruit, lots of different teas and Illy coffee available.

No pipe in the kitchen (there is a water filter).

"Delightful guesthouse."

Paivi was a really generous and friendly host. The room was really nicely arranged and very well eqipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Would definitely stay here again.

Our only issue was that we did not have a long enough stay!

"A bit of calm in Dolomits"

Peaceful, comfortable apartment with free hot bath and amazing breakfast. Good startting point to discover the Dolomits without “touristic feeling”.

"Lovely stay"

We only stayed one night, we regret not staying longer. The location is close to Cortina d'Ampezzo, half an hour away. The host is lovely and very helpful and the apartment is great: large, comfortable and clean, very cosy. We loved the friendly dog!

10/10 Excellent. Loved every second. Was made to feel very welcome by Paivi and Chimera (owner and beautiful boxer). The location is stunning. Be sure to explore the local area as there is lots to do close by. We drove 2 hours to Lake Braies! NO NEED. There is a beautiful lake (Lago Di Cadore) which is only 30mins drive. Beautiful setting, picnic areas, waking trails, swimming. Park near the restaurant(Chalet Lagole Dolomiti) for free. This lake is a perfect place to spend the day. Lake Braies was a long 2 hour drive. Extremely busy. Extortionate parking costs and not as pretty- honestly give this a MISS). A great walk close by is Monte Rite. Beautiful walk up a well marked trail with breathtaking views at the summit. 4 hours in total (there and back) - stunning! The house itself is amazing and we felt at home immediately. Very large bedroom with tv and mountain views. 2 bathrooms. Good kitchen. Off street parking and a hot tub to welcome you after a days exploring! Perfect! The owner gave us our privacy so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The breakfast is delicious and very generous indeed. We always had enough to make a picnic for our lunch which we took with us every day! Saved us a fortune! The cooking facilities are good and we made food every night. We really felt at home here. Would 100% recommend.

A little more information about local walks, restaurants, bars and places of interest close by would have been useful.

"Exceptional"

We had the best time ever at Paivi. She was very friendly and kind. She had the most amazing dog that I will forever miss 😭. The place is just amazing. You feel reconnected with nature. Extremely clean and all the facilities that you could need (and even more). The apartment was amazing, comfortable bed, amazing steam shower, full of beautiful and tasteful art with mountains peeking into all your windows. (just amazing!). We really hope we could return one day.
