Excellent facilities, room perfect as usual,knowwhere in Whitby could be better. Room only suits us as cafes cross road for brekky and everthing in easy walking distance. Will alway try and stay in Cobble View and have recomended to many of our work colleagues and friends, brilliant

If anything could be mentioned its the stairs but that doesn't bother us.

Location, cleanliness & comfort. Is exactly what was advertised. Spacious room. Shower was powerful. Quiet & slept well.

Could do with WiFi. Otherwise great. Note stairs are steep like a lot of property no problem for us but those with mobility issues would need ground floor.
