Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der Chefin des Hauses, die Zimmer sind sehr schön hell, groß und hochwertig eingerichtet. Highlight sind die sehr geschmackvoll gestalteten Badezimmer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem alten Landhaus. Die Dame von der Rezeption ist sehr nett und man hat auch prima Möglichkeiten sein Fahrrad sicher über Nacht abzustellen. Das Zimmer war schön gross und sauber. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Die Stadt ist halt sehr klein, es gibt nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen. Das ist aber nicht das Problem des Hotels. Man hat dennoch ein paar Möglichkeiten. Die Gardinen waren leider nicht so dunkel.

initial difficulties in getting access to the hotel as nobody was present called the reception number and someone then came to let us in.

The breakfast was really good and our room was really large and comfortable. I was unwell when we were there and the host helped us with a doctor’s appointment and was very helpful in every way. The hotel is located right in the centre of town.

The breakfast was made to order with a variety. The staff was very accommodating for extra requests.

I think this has to be my most enjoyable all-round experience in any B&B. If you could write a guide on how a B&B should be, this place could be the subject. The lady who runs it is super friendly (its been in her family for 200 years). They have also recently refurbished all the rooms and have done so with the utmost care. Beautiful wooden doors (the natural wood smell is incredible), lovely soft finishes. The rooms are bright, super clean, incredibly comfortable and they come with lovely touches when you arrive. The breakfast was also great and everything arrived with a smile. I was only travelling through, with no intention to stop in Werlte, but now it will be a destination!
