Guesthouse Sermageova

Der Standort ist top – nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zur Straßenbahn, etwa 25 Minuten Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung und verfügt über ein eigenes abschließbares Bad. Die Küche ist ok ausgestattet. Wir hatten keinen direkten Kontakt zu den Besitzern, der Schlüssel wurde über eine Schlüsselbox übergeben. Insgesamt waren die drei Nächte angenehm.

Die Küche war leider nicht wirklich sauber: dreckiger Lappen, schmutziger Kühlschrank und Fettablagerungen auf der Heizung (siehe Bilder). Abgesehen von der Küche war es sauber. Da niemand während unseres Aufenthalts vor Ort war, kann ich den Service nicht bewerten. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr Sauberkeit, hier sehe ich noch Luft nach oben. Empfehlenswert für eine kurze Zeit, aber die Sauberkeit der Küche sollte verbessert werden. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech – das sollte allerdings nicht der Standard sein.

A great little apartment. It had all the simple amenities for a comfortable stay. It had air-conditioning (oh god, yes, it had air-conditioning; I am not a big air-conditioning person, but I was there during the heat-wave and these 30 minutes/one hour before sleeping was - heavenly). I slept - heavenly. Parking was sufficient (in the yard); for 2-3 normal cars. Wi-Fi was really good. Everything was VERY CLEAN. The hosts were very friendly, forthcoming and, most important, available (either through messages or personally). The key handover was simple (key-box), everything went smooth. The location is in the center of the city. I would gladly come here again ad I do recommnd it to others. :)

This is a simple remark to avoid possible misunderstandings (for other guests); the apartment is somewhat weathered (meaning the furnishing is not new), however, everything was VERY CLEAN and I was very happy with that. Considering the price, I find this place to be really nice and cozy.

There is no window and poor ventilation in the bathroom. Therefore, the bathroom had a poor odour. Kellte needed descaling, and the table appeared but was not cleaned. The kitchen tap was also leaking while on (unable to join video).

Owner doesn’t seem to like people and no noise is tolerated.

It was okay to stay if you are backpacker traveller who doesn’t want to find comfort but actually the Guesthouse had so many benefits. It has private toilet and shared kitchen.

The only thing that I didn’t like was iron didn’t work. We were at Zagreb for business job and that was important for us but as I said that was the only thing I didn’t like.

Comfortable mattress, well equipped shared kitchen, easy check-in, good value to money, good wi-fi

The curtains does not block sunlight (so the room becomes very bright as soon as the sun rises)

Great communication, amazing location. Would recommend!
