The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The location was perfect for my needs, close to shops and a beach.

The breakfast spread is good but service is slow. In my opinion there was not enough staff and this results in getting the basics wrong like bringing me eggs but no toast. The key and the door was very hard to operate and needs maintenance or attention. My 9 year old grandson wanted to sleep with me, just sleep, not eat, not shower nothing else. In light of Christmas I think you could have made an exception. He was not going to consume anything.

The location was good I loved it

The treatment I received from the receptionist was the worst ever, She allocated me a room that had a broken Aircon and it was very hot that day , the Aircon was turned on and it was producing the heat only and I asked if she can give me another room she said no because I booked online and the system Automatically allocated me this hot room , and I said can she cancel the booking and give me the money that I just paid so I can book a different place she said I will only get 50% of the money that I just paid, I should have not booked online so just because I booked only that is why I'm getting the poor room which is Automatically allocated by the system and that is also a reason why I can only get 50% back. I asked if are all rooms full she said no but she can't give me another one just because I booked online and the system gave me that room that is messed up.

The sea view from the second night only after complaining about what we booked and what we got.

We booked a room with a sea view. We got a room with street view. There was almost no cold water in the shower. The kitchen is under construction, they can not even sell n cold drink to you. They do not have. Breakfast is terrible. They are Halaal. The egg will bounce of the wall. The mutton sausage is so spice from the Indian spices. Coffee and tea is out of small packets. Not even a coffee machine. The place feels dirty. There is no atmosphere in the hotel. The walk in specials is a lot lees than the price from Booking.com
