"It was good just need a little upgrade on the breakfast menu and some facilities"

"Really don’t recommend it"

The location is nice , near the beach .

There were stains of an unknown liquid on their bed sheets, and dead bugs floating in the teacups. At breakfast, the bread had mold spots, and the sausages smelled off. When I reported all these issues to the front desk staff, they said the owner was away for the past few days and could do nothing to resolve the problems. We never received any follow-up feedback after we checked out. I’d strongly advise everyone to avoid staying here.

Location

Room was a joke. No lights were working so felt like a tiny dark dungeon over looking the car park. We didnt even bother staying 1 night and found somewhere much better. Receptionist said someone would be in touch to discuss our issues but after 2 non returned messages I'm forced to leave this review. Plenty of way better options in Ballito.
