"we stayed for one night to get the ferry to koh samed the next morning. Everything was great. :)"

The Owner was nice and welcoming. Everything was very clean. We would stay here again. :)

The a/c was turned on 24 degrees, which is a comfortable temperature. However there was no remote to turn the temperature up or down/ or to turn the a/c off.

Room is new.

Quiet, nice location and clean room. Though there are quite many rules like a few things like paying warranty which is higher than a rent (you get it back upon checking out), not allowed to eat inside your room, cooking and pet are not allowed.

The host Patrice is very accomodating and his dog Enzo is a big softy. The room was clean and comfortable.

The public transport in the area is not good. However, Patrice drove us to a nice place to have dinner in the evening and also drove us to the pier the next day.
