Pinehaven Country Inn

The place and the hosts are absolutely flawless. Visited Baraboo and Devils Lake SP with my wife. The property is in a quiet area with a private lake, beautiful scenery, Baraboo river runs next to the inn. To Devils Lake SP is about 12-15min drive , to Baraboo downtown is 5-7min drive. Had a super cozy evening by the fire joined by Dave and another couple of guests. We both loved it and we’d go back in a heartbeat if Lisa and Dave are ok with hosting us again. :)

Absolutely nothing.

The property is inspiring. Rest and tranquility. Everything is well taken care of inside and out. Best of all is the hostess and host, Lisa and David> They did everything to make us comfortable. it was like staying with frineds.

One bed would have been preferred. Also a bit cool, but that was not a problem.

Everything was comfortable and clean. The common room was well equipped with a kettle, microwave, etc—we especially liked that there was a pair of binoculars and a book on Wisconsin's birds as there were so many wonderful birds to see there. Lisa is a fantastic host. We stayed a whole week and had a great time.

Lovely and clean place. Lisa helps with all your questions and is a perfect host. Great location to explore devils lake and Baraboo area.

You can hear snoring or air conditioning units from other rooms if you are unlucky. But so much more positives than negatives about this place!

Lower floor room subject to creaky floorboards and plumbing noise from bedroom above.

The property was absolutely beautiful and serene. Very clean and well maintained. It seemed that every minor detail was thought of.

I didn’t realize there wasn’t a TV.
