They were super nice and willing to accommodate for not having a ac working. They brought fans. Had a onsite bar and cook meals for you. Also offer coffee as well.

No ac and loud music from outside which is outside of their control.

No breakfast was provided and its location is central in the town.

There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, and the small TV in the room doesn't work.

Warm shower was amazing! The property had beautiful plants and flowers around it, as well as a lovely mosaic floor. The room was really spacious and it was located near shops and easy to get to taxis etc. The street was quiet and felt safe - people were friendly. The water was filtered.

The kitchenette wasn't very functional. There was a fridge (although it started to freeze things after 1 day), also a microwave and a sink but there were no plates, bowls or anything else to prepare or way food with. We were able to borrow bowls etc when we asked but it was strange there was nothing there. Also there were meant to be tea and coffee making facilities. There was a kettle we could use but only between certain hours when someone was there and we weren't informed of these when we got there.

We loved our stay here! The "room" we reserved was huge! There were two separate rooms, a little kitchen area, and a bathroom. The fans were powerful and the room stayed cool during the day and at night (we had to turn off the fans while we slept!). We never saw any bugs and and there were lots of windows, with thick curtains to keep the light out when needed and screens on all the windows which opened for fresh air. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. There was a small couch in the room, table and chairs, microwave, mini fridge and when we asked for hot water they even brought a kettle for the room. The little sitting area outside of the room was nice too. The hot water for the shower was also very nice. The owners and staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us great tips on where to go and eat and were always available if we needed anything. The little road to get to the guesthouse was super safe and quiet and we slept very soundly at night. We felt very safe here and the area was very convenient a few minutes walk from the route taxi/bus stop and 2 blocks from town. We loved it so much we even extended our stay. It is a great value for Jamaica. The price was very low for the quality of rooms received. We highly recommend this guesthouse and would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Location was ok I guess, however there is no parking for the guest.

The room was extra warm, no A/C and television as they advertise online. They offer a fan which could not manage the humidity, it was really uncomfortable especially at nights. There was lizards in the room too! Had to spend last week with relatives.
