There was a cat that I enjoyed petting.. owner was attentive when i asked for help

A lot of things. My room smelled, there was no blanket or toilet paper, and the door handle kept getting stuck. It was nerve wrecking for me to close the door completely. I felt like the owner wasn't really professional talking about her financial struggles with me especially in the first meeting. I felt uncomfortable because of that. Later i was at a place much cheaper and cleaner. I wouldn't recommend this place or come back again. I encourage the owner to make these changes. At least small improvements whenever possible.
