"Decent"

Location and staff were good, early entry was provided, good courtyard.

The facilities were very limited- no cutlery, no microwave, no complimentry water (basic need), hair dryer was not in good condition , bed was not comforable, decent spacing, tv was set at very wrong spot, privacy was limited due to glass exposure.

"Buena ubicación para visitar Bérgamo"

Las habitaciones estaban limpias y aunque no te recibe nadie, se está en contacto vía whatsapp sin ningún problema. El cheking es fácil y en nuestro caso, nuestra llave no estaba y nos cambiaron de habitación rápidamente. La ubicación es buena.

El desayuno, lo contratan a una cafetería cerca y realmente al ser turistas te tratan bastante mal y encima si pueden te dan menos de lo que el alojamiento tiene contratado, como en nuestro caso, que preguntamos después y había alguna cosa que no nos habían dado.
