Baño sucio,cuando hice el reclamo al propietario su respuesta fue culpando al personal que era una señora mayor y que le iba a decir que use lentes la próxima vez, pues me estaba tomando el pelo porque el personal era una chica joven

The centric location of the APP9 was excellent for visiting the main historic places of the citta alta of Bergamo. We stayed at the en-suite room 1, which was spacious and confortable. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow and the owner was reachable by whatsapp.

Nothing important. Noisy noighbours are heard through the walls, but there is a silence policy and fortunately it was kept during our stay. Also, check that towels are for rent. They are not expensive, but you may want to bring yours, and shower gel too.

La ubicación es perfecta, al principio de la zona monumental y muy cerca del teleférico de acceso. El dormitorio era cómodo y bastante amplio.

Aunque ya lo sabíamos al contratar la estancia, resultó algo indiscreto tener el baño privado fuera de la habitación. Tampoco me gustó que otros huéspedes no realizaran inmediatamente la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina de uso compartido, dejando platos sucios en el fregadero durante bastante tiempo. Ello, lógicamente, no es atribuible al servicio del establecimiento.

Localização excelente na zona antiga da cidade mas sem grandes confusões e ao mesmo tempo perto das portas da cidade. Tudo limpo e com todas as comodidades referidas.

Os estores não funcionaram e acabamos com uma pequena inundação na casa de banho

I had a wonderful stay at APP9. The location in Città Alta is perfect, just a 1-minute walk from the funicular, which makes getting around very easy. Everything was well organized, and access to the apartment was simple and smooth. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would definitely stay here again. View from window is unforgettable
