Właściciel po zarezerwowaniu apartamentu nawet nie raczył odebrać mimo wielu prób kontaktu, pieniądze przepadły i do dzisiaj zero reakcji. Więc będę domagał się zwrotu kosztów za nieudany pobyt i skontaktuję się w tej sprawie z booking. Nie polecam i ostrzegam przed tym oszustem, musieliśmy wziąć inny hotel i pokryć koszt pobytu drugi raz.

Alloggio molto confortevole, pulito, di facile accesso. Posizione davvero ottima, appena all'ingresso di Bergamo alta, ma fuori dal traffico turistico.

Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum starego miasta (Citta Alta), tuż przy kolejce. Cicho.

W zasadzie nie ma powodu aby na coś narzekać! Ale pod prysznicem zabrakło mi słuchawki do wygodnego umycia całego ciała, jest tylko deszczownica.

O proprietário somente enviou as orientações (direções) para chegar na acomodação depois que eu havia me perdido na cidade. Pior, ainda foi grosseiro comigo quando, no dia seguinte, eu reclamei.
