Location, the view, the shared space, the kitchen facilities, the shared balcony with the view on the garden & old city, the view from our room to a church a rooftops & other cities balconies

The bed that made noises by every small movement, noisy upstair neighbors starting from 06:00, the lack of hangers in the wardrobe (4 max for 2 people at the moment)

Exceptional apartment in the heart of Città Alta. We were 3 couples so had the whole apartment to ourselves and our own bedrooms. Every bedroom was exceptionally furnished, new and clean with comfortable beds and excellent large bathrooms / showers that were spotlessly clean. The living area and kitchen was large and comfortable with fantastic artwork. The added bonus was the balcony which overlooks the buildings garden and one of the main streets. Despite being in the heart of the Città Alta with everything on your doorstep, the apartment was silent. All bars and restaurants within steps of the apartment. Great communication with hosts who were very helpful with tips on things to see and places to eat, as well as organising our travel to to the airport.

Exceptional place right in the center of Bergamo Alta. The host Christina was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms, which is quite unusual for such a top quality places.

Central. Good size room and bathroom. Staff excellent.

Broken lid to bathroom bin provided for toilet paper. Reported but not changed. Not emptied for the whole of 4 days occupancy. Room not serviced at all or towel change.

Beautifully located in heart of old town. Rooms were cool, stylish and unique.
