The staff is very responsive and responds very quickly.

The neighbor's dogs sometimes bark loudly. It's annoying.

Helpful staff. Large room and bathroom. Nice beds. Easy to check in and out. Good WiFi. Big kitchen.

A bit far from the centre but handy trains and busses nearby.

The location was quite good, very spacious and beautiful huge bathroom.

The check-in was easy, I didn't even meet the people in charge of it.

The location is not super far, but also not close enough for me to walk during the night without caution. The smell from the bathroom was a bit strange. The room was really rough around the edges. There was no minibar inside the room. Overall, I wouldn't complain much about it if the price was a bit cheaper, but for what the accommodation provides for that price, I can't recommend it.

A/C not working, kitchen needed cleaning, towels old and worned, sheets on beds - not really sure were changed from previous customers.

Nice residential location. Great shared kitchen facility. Good comfortable beds and very clean.

Very noisy when other guests came in and out. Owner had signs up asking people to be respectful of others but they were ignored. Guesthouse has little soundproofing so I was woken early each morning by guests leaving for the airport with their suit cases.
