O atendimento do Rui ou Raul, me perdoa acho que é Rui, foi muito bom, gentil, o Hotel aconchegante, muito próximo do Centro, foi muito bom.

A falta de uma geladeira para atender diretamente os hóspedes, não precisaria ser nos quartos, mas num local que pudéssemos ter acesso, no último dia precisei pedir no restaurante para congelar as almofadas de gelo, para a viagem que carrego no isopor os medicamentos.
