Stay @Airport

Nothing to like as the host cancelled my reservation due to late arrival flight being delayed from Madeira. So never got to stay at this premises and cannot provide any evaluation on it unfortunately.

The host should have cancelled my booking after I requested a check-in after midnight, yet chose to accept & then cancel claiming 90 % of the fee, while I had to search & pay for alternative accomodation. I was not happy having waisted two taxi fares and paying for two room for a few hours sleep.

El baño

El olor a cerrado y viejo, además las sábanas y las toallas desgastadas, las almohadas estaban pasadas y con olor feo.. me cobraron 90 euros por dormir en una habitación que nada tiene que ver con las fotografías, además de que el encargado del piso, quedó en enviar la factura a nombre de la empresa y no me la envió en ningún momento, insistí por correo, al WhatsApp y también llame por teléfono… merece la pena pagar 20 euros o 30 + antes que quedarse aquí.

Chegamos pouco antes das 22h ligamos , mandei msg e ninguém nos atendeu.

Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство. Это не отель,это квартира с комнатами . Хозяин квартиры нас встретил ,все показал и рассказал. Очень чисто. И самое главное пешком 10 минут в аэропорт. Удобно ,когда очень ранний вылет.

The price and Location

I couldn't contact they hosts before our stay, despite they require that to call 20 mins prior to arrival to ensure somebody is there to let you in. They host didn't respond to email, phone or my booking.com request to change the dates of our original booking. I tried contacting them for 5 days, but didn't get a single response. One day I got the option of leaning a short voice message, which I did, but mostly the phone just rang out.
