"Enjoyed our time, the four days slipped by fast."

Clean, good location, nice staff. Really enjoyed being able to walk to most venues. Having an elevator was nice. Air conditioner worked great.

Shower floor was a little slick for me. Toilet area was a little narrow but I made it work. Everything else was great.

Hôtel propre et bien situé car il au centre de Madrid. Il est tout prêt de la puerta del sol. Il est bien desservi avec station métro et de bus tout prêt. Les restaurants, les boutiques...sont proches de l'hôtel. Personnel accueillant.

Une bouilloire dans l'hôtel avec un peu de café ou de thé aurait été un plus mais c'est du détail. On a tout apprécié.

The location was great for getting around the city. While the room was fairly small, it was very comfortable, and we were only there before we went out for the day, and at night time. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

"Overall a great experience I’m definitely going back!!!"

The staff was very very kind and understanding, I got confused with the check out time and got in the hostal to get my bags 1 hour later. Thankfully the lady in the front desk was very polite and understanding!!! We had a great time and the room was clean and quiet. Overall a great experience if I ever go to Madrid again I’m staying here again for sure!!!

Maybe the cleaning crew could sweep the floors a little more in the room but it wasn’t dirty or anything I’m just a cleaning freak

Fácil acesso, muitos restaurantes disponíveis na proximidade. Local movimentado e próximo de pontos turisticos, fizemos várias visitas a pé.

caso alguma necessidade, não havia disponibilidade de atendentes na recepção durante a noite.
