On the positive side, the room was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning and a TV. The balcony was exceptionally large, which was a nice bonus. The bathroom was also very spacious and kept clean throughout my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in is completed online upon arrival, making the process quick and convenient. Free drinking water is available at the reception, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is well connected to the city centre by both metro and bus, including night bus services. Reaching the centre takes around 30 minutes by public transport, while the airport can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

As for the downsides, during my stay the weather was very hot, and the room felt somewhat humid at times. The air conditioning helped keep the temperature comfortable, but it needed to run quite frequently to achieve that. Since the unit was positioned in a way that directed airflow toward the bed area, it was not always comfortable to leave it on continuously. The management had placed air fresheners in the room, which was appreciated and helped improve the overall atmosphere. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my stay, and overall I had a positive experience.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo porque está cerca de la Academia Central de la Defensa, se puede llegar a pie. Les hice una petición de factura a la hora de reservar y cuando fui a hacer el checkout ya me la tenían preparada. Lo de hacer el check in vía telemática era la primera vez que lo veía y la verdad me parece un avance tremendo!

Se escucha mucho a los demás huéspedes, aconsejo llevar tapones.

Boa localização, especialmente para concertos no Palácio vistalegre. O restante é bastante acessível através do metro (15-16 minutos a pé, linha 5 e 6). O check-in foi fácil, o staff foi simpático e o quarto era melhor do que o esperado! Limpo e mais moderno do que as fotos. Recomendo!
