Hostal Arrate

Muy agradables y amables en la recepción. Bastante céntrico con muchas amenidades cercanas.

La ubicación es muy buena, a 4 cuadras de la estación de metro de Moncloa.

La almohada, era muy alta, pero eso va en cada uno.

The property was clean.

The set up of the hotel is terrible. I stayed in room number two which is directly opposite the ‘reception’. The hallway is maybe 1 1/2 metres wide and my room was one meter from the front desk. Walls are incredibly thin and I could hear every conversation in the rooms next to me as well as at reception. And it’s LOUD 24/7, impossible to sleep or have any privacy. And no consideration from reception. After 45min of very loud interaction just outside my door I went to say something but they didn’t care at all. As soon as I closed my door it just kept going. Don’t come here, if you can spend a little more money and find something else. I don’t need anything fancy, I’ve spent most of my travels in Hostels and I would prefer that over this. If you do ask prior to arrival not to be put in rooms 1-3 if possible!
