location and check in available despite late hour

our room was not as advertised above.tiny room one bed..not actually a bed .just mayress on cement platform.no window.no toilet paper or toilet seat. had to pay extra for another sheet.towels threadbare and v used.. I would like a refund.of my money

No toilet paper, when we asked they tried to charge 2000 pesos. This was more than what we paid to stay there.

The room is toooo small for 2 people. And even if there is 2 of us in one room we were given only 1 towel and 1 pack of toiletries (1 toothbrush, small toothpaste & small soap) good for 1 person. And if you want extra, you have to pay. We were afraid with the toilet bowl because it goes down really slow and seems like its clogged, and you also have to pay if it gets clogged, though it was already like that when we check-in. Thin walls, I could literally hear someone showering in the other room. People are noise right outside the room hallway. Considering the loudness of their voices I thought it was already morning but when i checked the time it was around 0100 and suprisingly they did not make any noise during the day 😒
