Fantastic accomodation with the kindest and most friendly family! Very close to the beach, coconut hill and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we have had in Sri Lanka in our 2 week trip. All for an extremely affordable price! It is also very close to a bus stop which is very convenient! When we come back to Sri Lanka, we will definetly stay here again.

The host was incredibly generous. Gave us option to choose between Sri Lankan and English breakfast. Allowed us to check out late without charging extra, as we had a mid-night flight. Even served coffee during evening out of package. The host always responded to any question or service, even managed extra add on facilities within split of second without any hassle.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace with green and flowery surroundings. Perfect location, out of all busyness.If you like to hike, you can walk from Coconut Tree Hill, which is just a few min away, to Mirissa beach, it will take you around 25 min, we did it every morning and evening, with a pleasure, otherwise take a tuk tuk. Big compliments to the host family, very sweet and helpful people, all the best for them.

We stayed for 5 nights in the AC room and this was from far away the cosiest stay in Sri Lanka for us, in a month tour! The family that hosted us are so kind and friendly and it was a real pleasure to meet them. They cooked for us amazing breakfasts, different every day(top!)The room was very clean and also had hot water at the shower! They also have a shared kitchen with washing machine. Location is very convenient, 10-15 min away from Coconut Tree Hill/Turtle Beach! You can also use the local bus, in case you don’t feel like walking! The station is just on the main street!
