Ottima accoglienza, Stanza pulita, confortevole

Checkin bez problemu można było przesunąć i właściciel był bardzo wyrozumiały. Zdjęcia oddają jak całość wygląda. Parking dosłownie pod oknem.

Brak czajnika, stary ekspres do kawy który niestety nie jest intuicyjny i przeciekał przy załadowaniu kapsułki.

Ottima posizione, pulizia e cordialità. Parcheggio davanti all'appartamento.

El desayuno es en una cafetería cercana. Pudimos dejar el auto en el estacionamiento después del check out, para recorrer un poco más la ciudad.

We specifically booked a triple room as confirmed but only a double room was provided When we complained the host became hostile to the point of threatening and cancelled after reservation through booking.com after requesting and accepting our payment on site No directions were given in response to our messages No sign or street number outside Despite messages about our arrival nobody on site for check in We had to wait outside A neighbour whom we contacted called to establish contact The person who arrived did not understand any English For two nights there were 1 small bottle of shampoo, 2 shower caps, one roll of toilet paper plus a small rest and 3 bags of coffee for two people The were several wall switches in the room apparently without function No explanations were provided about the facilities also due to the language barrier In the bathroom there were two bare halogen lights, a potential risk for burns, but one not functional When we expressed our disappointment also due to the lack of communication the lady started yelling at us in Italian We were offered a refund but it was too late to find other options for the same day The whole check in process took more than 2 hours and after a painful process we received more coffee, shampoo, toilet paper and an extra blanket
