"Only for the central but noisy location and the clean bed sheets"

It was in a very good location. There was a parking garage right front of the building, it was very handy. The sheets and towels were smelling very nice and crisp.

The room was street facing, there were restaurants downstairs, the building is old, the shutters and windows are very hard to close and even someone manages to close, still the room is full of rumble from outside. If you want to go to sleep before midnight, think twice! The so called ‘breakfast’ is one croissant and jam alike, together with packaged toasted bread. Of course with one drink of your choice. If you ask for an orange juice, it’s 100 ml in a dirty glass. If you are going to have only one breakfast in Matera, I highly recommend you to skip this one. The floor of the room was full of hair. The strict check-in is at 16:00, and strict check-out is 10:00. Consider that you are renting this room only for 18 hours. Also bear in mind that this place does not store your luggage if you need it after your check out.

"Super verblijf gehad."

De locatie was helemaal top. Aan de rand van de stad op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Ontvangst door Antonio was super gezellig. Zeker een aanrader.

Está en una excelente ubicación. Fuimos en auto y el parking está enfrente. Cobran 20 euros. Está en la peatonal a pocas cuadras de la entrada a los Sassis. El desayuno es con ticket al lado del lugar. En la habitación avión te dejan botellas de agua y tetera con saquitos de té.

ottima posizione, stanza piccola ma funzionale, pure il bagno è agevole

è in un'isola pedonale, offrono parcheggio a pagamento per 20€ in un garage vicino, buon servizio ma dovrebbero dare prima l'indirizzo del garage per sistemare la macchina perchè logisticamente la situazione è abbastanza complicata.

Ottima struttura, comodissima la posizione molto vicino al centro storico. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile in auto che può essere lasciata in un posteggio vicinissimo. Bagno molto comodo. Accoglienza molto cordiale della Signora che ci ha anche consigliato i principali siti da visitare. Consigliatissimo.

Mancanza dell'armadio sostituito da un appendiabiti a vista.
