Bellissima struttura curata nei dettagli e con tutte le comodità richieste. Letto comodo e ambiente splendido. Bellissima la doccia grande e con cromoterapia. Sono una arredatrice di interni e raramente mi capita di trovare strutture così finemente arredate e con gusto. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha consigliati e accolti con gentilezza e sorriso. Anche la posizione è comoda, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dallo splendore del centro di Matera…consigliato vivamente

Pulizia, disponibilità, cura nei dettagli ma soprattutto la grande empatia della proprietaria, persona attenta e pronta a dare quel “dí più” che ormai è raro trovare.

This was a very enjoyable property to stay at , and the hospitality shown by the host, as well as the induction, we second to none. I would absolutely stay there again. It’s a gentle 10 minute walk from the ‘Sassi’ or the caves.

One of the best things that happened to me on this trip was the hospitality of Mariagrazia. She personally came to give me the key, explained everything in detail, and showed me around. She even gave me a map with useful spots marked. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the Sassi di Matera, yet the neighborhood is absolutely peaceful. Mariagrazia kindly allowed me a late check-in at no extra cost, which I truly appreciated after a long journey. She also provided a breakfast voucher for a nearby café, which was such a lovely touch. The house surprised me with thoughtful details—there was even a sewing kit! I was delighted to find tea, coffee, sweet snacks, and even a small orange juice waiting for me. The temperature in the house was perfectly comfortable even without air conditioning, which was amazing. I’m truly grateful for Mariagrazia’s care and attention. Her hospitality made my stay unforgettable.
