Il monolocale perfetto per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli. Vicino al centro. Su strada centrale e vicino il parcheggio dell’Aemilia hotel. Silenzioso e insonorizzato. Moderno. Facile accesso. Ascensore.

Assenza della colazione. Si poteva aggiungere macchinetta caffè con cialde o capsule. Qualche abat-jour non funzionante/rotta.

Good accommodation, close to the center, self check in. Clean and confortable room. Easy communication with the owner.

The shower is not working properly. It needs to be fixed.

Room itself was comfortable and the hotel is in a good location, within easy walking distance of the historic centre of Bologna and of some lovely local restaurants.

Didn’t encounter a single member of staff, making it not much different than an Airbnb booking. I was in touch with a member of staff before check-in over WhatsApp but despite this we had to wait 30 mins to be given an access code to the building once we notified them of arrival (and this information only came once I called the number of booking.com). Speaking of which, the property didn’t answer a single one of my messages through booking.com either before or during the stay. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower is in desperate need of some maintenance - replacing the shower head in particular would be an incredibly easy and cheap fix and make a big difference to guests! The air conditioning unit didn’t work well and was stuck on 24-26 C at various points.

Very clean, great location. Walking distance from the city center and touristic spots, good choice of supermarkets nearby, and a great cafe right outside the building. I also enjoyed the fact that the apartment is modern.

Something to keep in mind: the place is right outside a hospital, which means you'll hear a lot of ambulances during the day. Not the property's fault, of course.

The location is very central, a little bit outside of city center. Check-in and check-out were very easy. There was small cafe downstairs and big shops nearby. We had a cleaning service after two days.

It was a little noisy, because the window was looking directly to a big street. Also, the payment of city tax was supposed to be paid in person on the second day, which changed our plan for the day. I will recommend to have online payment of the tax. In the beginning the room was very hot and heating was on, but on the second day we have received remote control for the air conditioning.

Excellent stay...host was very attentive . Answered texts quickly. Room was better then expected. Would definitely book again!
