Our favorite of the stays in Mestia. Gracious host but not overbearing. He quickly responded to emails and personally greeted us at arrival. His English was very good. Breakfast (included with the price) was set out an hour early, as requested, and was hearty and delicious for our first trek day. Beds were comfortable and room was cozy and warm. Will definitely return!

There is no privacy since from the area where family and other hosts spend time during the day they can see you in the room

Good location, clean and nice room . Good private toilets. The host husband helped us to get a transportation out of mestia

The breakfast was basic and a bit disappointing. But the homemade yogurt saved it a bit Also, we didn't felt so welcome by the woman who runs the place- and it was very different from other places that we spent nights in them in the area

The shower was good, bed were comfortable and breakfast tasty

A lot of people smoking in the entrance and the smell gets into the room. Lack of privacy because the windows turn to the communal porch. The room was a bit small.

The location was amazing, a small walk to the main street. The room was small but cozy, the balcony is spacious and the view is cool, although the room is on the first floor. You can see lots of the characteristic city towers from there. The breakfast is good and local. Coffee and tea are available 24/7.

The room with the balcony is very close to the street level, and technically it is possible to climb onto the balcony from the street below. I did not have a problem with this due to the fact that the place is super safe, but this could constitute a problem to some travellers.
